NAS Sheet (Non-Asbestos Aramid Fiber Sheet) is an oil-resistant sealing material made via 3-stage roller calendering. Reinforced with aramid fibers and nitrile rubber, it balances strength and elasticity. Available in standard (2700×3800mm, 1550×4560mm) and custom sizes (API 605/ASME B16.5), with 24-month shelf life (10-25℃, RH <60%).
Thermal Stability: Continuous 250℃ (DIN 53458), short-term 280℃; elastic after 1000h at 250℃.
Pressure Resistance: Up to 2.5MPa (static) and 1.5MPa (low-dynamic), exceeding standard rubber sheets (1.0MPa).
Dimensional Versatility: Thickness 0.3mm-6.0mm; custom sizes up to 5000×6000mm.
