DH-P-PG PTFE Gland Packing is a dynamic sealing material for pumps/valves, made via 8-strand interlock weaving. Chemically inert and low-friction, it meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and USP Class VI. Available in standard (3mm-15mm) and custom (up to 50mm) cross-sections, packaged in 5/10m spools.

Temperature Range: -200℃ to +260℃ (intermittent 280℃), flexible at extremes.
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to all chemicals except molten alkali metals/elemental fluorine.
Friction Coefficient: ≤ 0.08 (lubricated), ≤0.12 (dry); wear rate <0.01mm/1000h, cuts power use by 5-10%.
Pressure Rating: Up to 15MPa (reciprocating), 10MPa (rotating) – exceeds standard PTFE.
Purity Level: No extractables, suitable for food/pharmaceuticals.
Chemical Processing: Centrifugal pumps (98% H₂SO₄, 37% HCl), polymer reactor agitators.
Food & Pharma: Sterile reactor mixer shafts, beverage filling lines (FDA/EMA-compliant).

3-layer method (≥2000 RPM):
Inner: Pure PTFE (30%) – low friction.
Middle: Graphite-impregnated PTFE (40%) – heat dissipation.
Outer: Carbon-reinforced PTFE (30%) – pressure resistance.
Leakage < 0.1 ml/min (3000 RPM); use Ra0.4μm shafts + perfluoropolyether oil.
Up to 0.2mm (rotating). Use 316L wear sleeves (Ra0.4μm) if >0.2mm. Reciprocating: 0.3mm lateral tolerance.
