
It is made of solid metal forgings. Suitable for high pressure and high temperature working conditions. The seal of the ring joint gasket uses a very high unit load to create a metal-to-metal wire seal between the ring and the flange sealing surface.
The material of the ring joint gasket shall be softer than the flange sealing surface to avoid the damage of the gasket to the
flange sealing surface. The design of the gasket or the section shall be selected with the structure of the flange sealing surface and the maximum design system pressure value. In order to achieve and maintain an effective seal, the accuracy of the gasket and flange sealing surface, the dimensional accuracy and the hardness of the gasket must be carefully controlled.

Ring Joint Gasket (RTJ) information:
· All gaskets have permanent low stress steel marks, identification type, ring number, materials and standards
· All gaskets are in full compliance with ASME B16.20, API 6A specifications or other applicable standards
· All gasket raw materials are fully traceable and relevant documentation is available
· Precise control of the ring joint gasket material hardness to ensure the sealing performance, while avoiding damage to the flange sealing surface
·With the correct selection of the gasket material, the ring joint gasket can seal harsh chemical media and high temperature conditions of 1,000°C (1,832°F)
