Reinforced Mica-Graphite
The conventional mica-graphite sealed packing is a mixture of graphite and mica, which only gently raises the temperature ceiling of the conventional flexible graphite packing.
Special mica-graphite metal winding gasket uses pure mica filler to wind around the outer and inner rings of the flexible graphite filler. This structure greatly improves the oxidation resistance of the gasket in high temperature conditions, and greatly reduces the cost of the gasket compared with other types of high temperature wound gasket.
·The pure mica surface protection graphite does not oxidize rapidly at a high temperature of 760°C (1400°F)
